En Masse Entertainment Catches and Releases the ‘BAF Masters’ Update on TERA PC, Live Alongside Wintera Events Today

En Masse Entertainment, a player-driven publisher focused on delivering great games and great service, today launched BAF Masters, the final content update of the year for their flagship True Action Combat MMORPG on PC, TERA. Players can now take to the rivers, lakes and oceans of Arborea to enjoy a relaxing hobby, casting a line and reeling in some fish. These aren’t just ordinary fish though, as the treacherous waters are also home to the aquatic brethren of the games’ signature Big-Ass Monsters (BAMs), Big-Ass Fish (BAF)!

This new fishing system comes alongside a broader overhaul of the crafting and gathering professions in the game, including the addition of a new cooking profession. Players can use the fish they reel in to craft stat increasing foods, trade in to vendors for enchanting materials, or simply sell them for gold to line their pockets. As in real life, fish out of water won’t keep forever though. After 48 hours any fish players catch will spoil, so make use of it while it’s fresh!

Today’s update also kicks the seasonal Wintera events into high gear with the addition of more activities to help players keep warm during this chilly time of year. Take to the world to hunt for Tiny Santa’s, who each have a chance to drop fun seasonal items and gear upgrade materials, and the more jovial and deadly Fat Santa’s, who will have a new loot table offering a diverse array of drops, including the exclusive Frosty Snowman Footsteps cosmetics, each week throughout December. Other events include the Golden Gift Box gifting event, the return of the updated holiday themed Wintera Snowfield BG through January, and a Holiday Special Event later this month. I am passionate about “Heroic Fantasy” and “Beat Them all” games on Nintendo Game System (I hate SEGA). Now that I am old, I love retro gaming, since I don’t have much time. Feels good to watch endings though…
