The Ninja Saviors – Return of the Warriors – Review

The Ninjas are back! It’s been so long since I was waiting for a beat’em all like this one. Do you remember the first one back in 1994 on Snes? I do! Man, I’m old!

Ninja Warriors was my favorite game at the time. And now I have the privilege to review this one, thanks to PR Hound for a review copy.

Now, let’s get to business! First I have to say congrats to Taito, they kept the same spirit and the main characters from the first game as it was. Same skills and design. Adding new ninjas to spice up the game is also awesome. The last one Raiden is kinda cheating since he is bigger than the screen, but as he is super slow, it kinda balances the game.

You might be disappointed by the life gauge that is shared by all the players, which doesn’t much make sense to me. If your friend sucks, well you’re gonna die with him. You better love the dude that plays with you. Don’t play with your wife though, you might get in trouble if you die too much!

8 Levels of great game and excitement await you. For the old school fighting game, you won’t be disappointed by this game.

I am passionate about “Heroic Fantasy” and “Beat Them all” games on Nintendo Game System (I hate SEGA). Now that I am old, I love retro gaming, since I don’t have much time. Feels good to watch endings though…
