Yet Another Zombie Defense-HD-Review

For those who don’t remember this game, here is the trailer of et another Zombie Defense HD.
We wanted to review the first game before trying the new version so we’re going to do this together The first version and the HD version.

So this game is pretty straightforward, you’re surrounded by a horde of zombies at night and you need to kill all of them. During daytime, you arm yourself and your teammates, barricade yourself or decide to run around. Every night there is more of them and they are more powerful, so you need to upgrade your equipment and try to go as far as possible. Simple huh? No story mode, nothing else then pure fun killing zombies and surviving the nights.

If you want to enjoy this game, you need to play with your friends. We loved the gameplay. We tested on Xbox One and on Steam for the first version. Unfortunately there is no HD version on Steam. Hope you guys will give it a try.

Pros
-Up to 4 players locally
-Good Update from the previous version
-Different type of monsters and Zombies
-Online version available
-Discount weapons helps a lot
Cons
-Very Hard as the Previous one
-Cash flow is very low
-Build Mode not convenient
What We Think
Much better version then the previous one, Yet Another Zombie Defense HD is great if you play locally and online. The only downside from our side would be that we were expecting more upgrades on the weapons, on the materials and maybe more cash when you pass the different levels. At some point it is the same frustration we got on the first one, no enough bonus and cash to go over level 20. And the different strategies will work the same way.

I am passionate about “Heroic Fantasy” and “Beat Them all” games on Nintendo Game System (I hate SEGA). Now that I am old, I love retro gaming, since I don’t have much time. Feels good to watch endings though…
